Refund Policy

2. Cancellation and Refund Eligibility
  • Free Cancellation Period: Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking are eligible for a full refund, provided the cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the check-in date.


3. No-Show Policy
  • If you fail to arrive at the hotel without prior cancellation (a “no-show”), no refund will be issued.


4. Modifications
  • If you wish to modify your booking (e.g., change dates), please contact our customer service team. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Refunds for modifications follow the same guidelines as cancellations.


5. Special Circumstances
  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, or political instability), we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.


6. Refund Processing
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days of cancellation. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during the booking.
